EVENTS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOP THAT ONENESS FOUNDATION FOR AGED, DISABLED AND CHILDREN PARTICIPATED IN 2017

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children organized an in-house training for the staff and volunteer members on a four (4) day Capacity Building Workshop held between 1st and 4th May, 2017 at ONeNess Foundation head office. The theme of workshop is centered on transparency inspires confidence, ONeNess Foundation meeting the challenges of capacity building by improving performance in the 21st century in Nigeria.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children Program Director and ICT Officer attended a Pre –Application workshop organized by European Union, on EU Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria held at Chelsea hotel in Abuja-Nigeria on 25th of May, 2017.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children Program Director attended a National Dialogue Conference on NGO Bill regulation organized by Nigeria Network of NGOs (NNNGO) held at Lagos at All Seasons Plaza opposite Cadbury along Agidingbi Ikeja held on 12th Sept, 2017.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children Program Director an ICT officer attended EFCC Anti money laundry workshop organized for Corporate Organizations under SCUML Department on 17th August at EFCC Corporate office at Garki, Abuja.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children staff indulged in Advocacy and sensitization drive thereby visited all embassies in Abuja Nigeria between September and October 2017.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children Program Director participated in the Civil Society Professionalism and Effectiveness Therapy workshop, Community and Stakeholders Engagement on 13th September 2017 held at Access Bank Corporate Head Quarters in Victoria Island Lagos.

ONeNess Foundation for Aged, Disabled and Children is currently implementing a National project in Nigeria Themed: Charity for Kids, Vulnerable and Displaced Persons on the streets, with global objective centered on rehabilitation of street kids from exploitation, begging and child labour by giving protection, love and development possibilities; this programme has commenced since October 2017 and we have subsequently been engaging both internal and external stakeholders in Nigeria on this project.
